1. The app
Notchi is a macOS menu-bar application that turns the MacBook notch into a virtual pet whose life is driven by your focus sessions. It is provided by Hibernyte ("we", "us").
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Notchi on Macs you own or control. You may not redistribute, resell or reverse-engineer the app.
3. Your data
All app data is stored locally on your device. We operate no servers and hold no copy of your data — which also means we cannot recover it for you. See the Privacy Policy.
4. No warranty
Notchi is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. A virtual pet sulking at you is a feature, not a damage.
5. Changes
We may update these terms as the app evolves; the latest version will always live at this URL. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
